Walters Auto Sales and Rentals Walters Auto Sales Forged lied stole harrassed abused intimidatedrude elkhart, Indiana

I went into their establishment interested in 3 cars that were magically sold 20 minutes after they opened. They bait and switch. They do not have buyers guides on their cars. They do not have prices for their cars it is income based, which means that they will make you over pay for a car. I was forced and intimidated into a 2003 Audi a4 overpriced at $10000. I had $2000 cash down and they took my money and refused to give it to me after i said i did not want to buy that car. They forced me to sign a blank contract. The salesman verbally abused me and my children. They would not allow me to test drive the car, after they forced me to do the deal and i left that evening (i had came at 830 am and wasn't allowed to leave until 700 pm) that was the first time i drove the car and noticed it had numerous issues. While it was clean on the exterior was a hunk of junk. The salesman assured me it was a great car and there was no issues. They all were very rude and were vulgar in the speaking tones. I demanded many times to have my money back but they refused. I was at a loss i was so scared i didn't know what to do. After i left the "stealership" the car broke down 2 days after, i called them and asked them to fix it and they slammed the door in my face and told me to never return. i contacted  a lawyer and explained my situation. The finance company empathized at first but came to be that they were liars as well. Turner Acceptance out of Skokie Ill. I went back to retrieve my deal packet from the dealership and they said they have no papers..it hadn't been but a day or so. They finally produced me with a buyers guide which contained a forged signature. I pointed this out to them and was physically removed from their building. They pushed and shoved me while verbally abusing me. I was holding my youngest child and had my oldest next to me. I did not raise my voice i simply pointed out that i would return the car with no issues if they gave back my $2000 they threw a hissy fit and that is when this abuse came about. I told the lawyer what was going on and he has filed many complaints. I have filed a complaint with every company available. Do not go to these people. I am currently in the middle of a lawsuit.
