On April 11th 2018 Kevin Walz of Walz Roofing took a $500.00 cash deposit from me for a new roof. On 5-1-2018 I gave Kevin Walz another $7700.00 in cash because he said he was going to to start work on my roof and brought over some materials. Kevin Walz said he was going to get something to eat and he would be back. Well he never came back. I called Kevin and he said he doesn't start work in the afternoon. I later found out Kevin Walz hadn't even applied for the permit yet. It's been 5 months, Kevin Walz of Walz Roofing to date has not finished my roof or passed the proper inspections required by the City of Tamarac. Ironically, Kevin Walz has had his attorney Friend Howard Michael Scheinberg threaten to sue me! Just FYI both Kevin Walz and Howard Scheinberg have criminal backgrounds, including domestic violence and Practice of law suspension. Realistically in should be me be suing Kevin Walz of Walz Roofing. However, Kevin Walz of Walz Roofing has taken my money so I don't have an attorney friend to write a strong arm letter. I'm just a single woman with children who is being taken advantage of of by Kevin Patrick Walz of Walz Roofing and his attorney friend Howard Michael Scheinberg. Beware!

To Whom it may concern,
As of 1-2-2019 Walz roofing properly completed my roof and it was approved by the City of Tamarac. Any prior claims of dishonesty, fraud, criminal conduct or theft by Walz roofing or Howard Scheinberg were not intended by the author (Debbie Madon). Howard Scheinberg helped both parties and I personally apologize for bringing Howard Scheinberg into this situation. Walz Roofing was paid in full today and I am very satisfied with the results.
