Wang Gang I ordered a Michael Kors purse. The one that was sent to me was the wrong one. I have no idea how to send it back. It took nearly a month to get to me and I was charged $80.22. I was not aware this purse came from China and I am stunned. All I want is a refund on my charge account and if sometime in the future I want a Michael Kos purse, I will shop at a reputable company or store. There were no papers included in the package, such as an order that would have the price or any other information in regard to my order. The packing slip is glued to outside of a plastic package, It would be impossible to remove it to include it in the same packaging for return. I ordered a Michael Kors purse. I got a copy of a Michael Kors purse. I did not know the company was in China when I ordered. The purse came after about four weeks with no way to return it. I woud like my $80.22 refunded.

Hi Friend! 21/01/2017 I bought in the UK website Pandora bracelet price is £160 + 10 bank charge deducted the £170, but received found no certificate is from China and I find it is fake so I send this item international signature back to the Seller .The Seller has agreed to a refund And then also said 25 days I will receive a refund ,but has been a month I haven't received a refund. I had his company's contact number and made many calls There was no one to answer , and I couldn't find this company website I think this company is a fraud company.
