wantickets.com Wantickets doesn't refund service charge!!! Miami Internet

I purchased tickets for me and my friends for pool party in Miami, 

place was overpacked, we were waiting 2 hours in line and couldn't get in.

I sent email to wantickets, they mentioned that they need confirmation from promoter of event.

After 2 weeks of going back and forth i received money back, but $40 less.

When i asked them what is that for they explained it was service charge by promoter of event and if i have any problems with that i have to contact promoter directly.

When i send message how come promoter charge me service fee if they didn't provide any services they told at that time it's them(wantickets) who did charge service fee and refuse to refund.

Just want to tell everyone, never buy tickets from these people!
