Waqas Mirza claimes himself a Branch Manager Adam Travel Services havng his office at 6677 N Lincoln Ave Ste 226 Lincolnwood, IL 60712, we visited his office in december 2017 where we booked our trip to Mumbai for 18 people via Emirates airline, he gave us multiple options with different fares we select one which he gave us ticketing deadline we gave him credit card to charge. next day he called us and ask to pay via cash because airline not accept our card we found suspecious but as he is running travel agency I went and pay him cash. our journey was planned in feb 27, 2018 when we reach airport airline said we dont have valid tickets, we called Waqas he said he is checking system might be some error we wait hours at airport he didnt call back or pick our call, next day we visit his office heis staff said he went to london for meeting, we try to trace but no luck we file Police report as well as BBB report.
