Luis Arias and his business Warlock Art & FX has taken my $500 I sent to him via Paypal in late April in agreement as a down payment to make a realistic silicone snake. Unfortunately Luis Arias and Warlock Art & FX did quit responding to me when I asked for updates in late June. The last time he e-mailed me was saying he'll give me an update in one week on June 29th, I e-mailed him July 12th and he didn't reply.
I asked Luis Arias and Warlock Art & FX for my $500 back, but he argued that he spent money on materials when that should not be my problem. He said he could complete this project no issues but expects me to pay for materials for what? I got nothing! He said he'd get it done in a timely manner via Facebook message and it's been since early may that I've been waiting for this and he still has not responded to me and now it's July 26th. Luis Arias and Warlock Art and FX have taken my $500 of the $1,000 agreed upon amount for the sculpted and casted (1) snake made from silicone, foam and wiring. He has not messaged me and Luis Arias also says that "realistic" scales are subjective. I attached a photo that he sent me. The scaling/size is off tremendously and it looks nothing like a realistic snake. It looks like the texture of a toad or dragon.

I am very dissapointed in Luis Arias and his company Warlock Art and FX as I have used him in the past with no issues. But once I sent $500 he took his time which would have been fine if Luis Arias didn't agree to complete the snake sculpture in a timely manner and subpar work. His work is very poor in quality and I do not suggest working with Luis Arias as his company Warlock Art and FX are apparent scammers and want money for THEIR mistakes. Stay away from Luis Arias and Warlock Art and FX Studios. Far far far away. I asked for a boa constrictor of sorts and he was using a green tree python as references which I did not want. I sent him many many photos of boa constrictor species, to show detail of the shape of their head, scales and sizes. He took too long between updates. Luis Arias is a scammer and a liar along with his company Warlock Art and FX Studios. Warlock Art and FX Studios are scammers of the silicone mask and art world. I have never had such a large chunk of money be outright stolen from me! He didn't even offer to refund me and we could part ways. I want my refund and Luis Arias and his company made zero effort to work with me other than keep remake the snake and the snake kept looking bad. He couldn't admit it was his fault and now I got $500 stolen by Warlock Art & FX Studio.
