Warner Health Care ripoff Please do not get caught in this trap. Cincinnati Ohio

I replied to Warner Health Care's advertisement for a sample of Avlimil actually believing it was a one-time sample order which I was required to give my credit card number but was only to be charged for shipping and handling.

After one month of absolutely no affect an effort was made to stop them from sending this to me each month. The medication continues to be sent to me monthly with a $35.00 charge to my credit card.

Today, November 17,2003 I received another and phoned the company only to be told after it was shipped it was "mine". I was also told that their only refund policy was "if I had used it for 12 months and wasn't satisfied they would issue a full refund. I detest being treated this way and feeling helpless. Please do not get caught in this trap by Warner Health Care Inc. nor their product called Avlimil which supposedly is the new greatest sexual enhancer for women.

The letter you receive with the "sample" congratulates you for making the decision to join their Managed Care Direct Program.

Surely there is a way to stop this ripoff nonsense.
