Warner Health Care ripoff Cinncinanati Ohio

I recently went to there website to order a "free sample" of avilimil I received the packet with no additional information about being billed or the the "Managed Care Program". Today November 14,2003 I received another packet of products and a charge to my amex card.

When I called the customer service person she proceeded to read their so called policy. I asked to be refunded the amount charged to my card I was told no returns or refunds. Also, I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told she was on a call then as i was hold I was then told she was in a meeting. I advised them that I would be making a complaint against the Attorney General office in indiana.

They are a huge rip off and misleading people
