Warning to all individuals looking to purchase a new home, or obtain financing through Joystar Realty Glen "The Rotten” Gomez NMLS # 903748 and working in cahoots with Direct Mortgage Investor NMLS#1559635. The two companies and Glen Gomez will bait and switch you in a heartbeat. The Rotten one acts as both the realtor and mortgage broker which is highly illegal. I went to purchase my home in Fort Lauderdale about two months ago. I looked at Joystar Realty website and found a couple home that highlighted my interest. The first redflag should have been the Joystar realty website, loaded fake and misleading logo’s. However, me and my husband decided to go ahead and meet with Mr. Gomez on one of the houses that we liked. Mr. Gomez of course was over two hours late which should have been another redflag.

We ask Mr. Gomez to view a specific house that he has listed on his website. On the phone he assured us the house was still listed and that we would have the ability to view at any time.  He then proceeded to lie to us bye stating that the house was now under contract and that would not be possible. Of course, when we had spoke on the phone the house was available. He did assure us that he has other houses to view and that he would find something in our price range

After 3 pain staking weeks we finally decided on a house that both me and my husband liked. We initially informed Mr. Gomez that we would only have 3% down payment, and that we would have to go FHA. He informed me that in the state of Florida he could act both as the loan officer and the relator because the company he worked for was a direct lender. Direct Mortgage Investor would get it done within two weeks because they could underwrite and close the loan right away.

Again after 7 weeks of pain staking paper work we finally got approved. After the approval it still took another 3 weeks to close. I am warning everybody to stay away from Joystar Realty, Glen “The Rotten” Gomez and Direct Mortgage Investor.

After the closing I did a lot more research about all three character’s. Glenn is not allowed to act as the agent on an FHA closing as the realtor and loan officer. And all those logo’s listed on his website are false. He doesn’t not have any affiliation with any of those organizations listed. Direct Mortgage Investor is just some mortgage broker company who has no ability to much of anything.

Warning people keep you distance from these people. You will regret this big time as much as I did, and I am sure many more people.
