I have had problems with Warranty Activation Headquarts, Inc. I have filed 2 claims, and have not been reinbursed for either claim.
One excuse was that they found a used part, but my car had been repaired before they could ship it. I have received $65. for a tow charge, that is all.
I have been paying $136. per month, and so far I have not been satisified. When I told them I was dropping their company, they told me to fax (again) the billing paperwork and they would see what they could do. Too Little to late.
I should have investigated on-line. I am also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.
I urge anyone that has had this treatment to do the same.
