Warranty Assurance,Warranty Assurance Llc Denied promised coverage Arvada Colorado

I purchased the warranty on 9/3/08 and was told this was the best warranty I could get and I asked about spacific things and was told they would be covered, Spacificaly the doors on the climate control system. The frist time I made a claim it was very dificult to process and get a rental car. Now the climate control acuator and door have failed, Warranty assurance claims that since it is an "actuator" Not a "Moter". I have I have discovered many "loop holes" so there is basicly no coverage in this plan.

A rental was denied on the only claim they did pay which was the the window a covered part, the authorizer told my service tech at the dealer that since the car was still driveable that there was to be no rental issued, even though the car was not scurable because the window was stuck open.

I had a profesonal in this industry read the whole contract and there is a way for them to get out of covering any thing. The dealer told me there is no difrence between a acuator and a moter. This was not a pre exsisting condition it all worked fine untill; the other day and if it was why would I have not brought it in sooner! I specificaly stated to the sales person I quote " I have read alot about thease haveing problems with the doors in the climatecontrool system are those covered" the sales person replied with a list of parts covered and I asked agine if the doors were covered and he states some tecnacle term like mode doors or something and yes they would be covered.

I also asked about the door and window seals he lead me to beleave those were covered. Also the heated seats were covered according to him. The dealer tells me that it is not. I have called them with questions befor and they dont seam to have anyidea what is going on, I have been told oh you have to call this number then oh no you have to call this number. All I want is a full refund minus the one claim that they did pay for the window, that also they put some after market piece of junk in because the oem part was too expensitve even thought the dealer had one instock, this compant made me go with out a vehicle and also tried to denie the rental cause they were trying to be cheap.

They have issued the refund but they take out a marketing fee and a cancel fee. I am not satisfied with the amount.
