Warranty USA authorized 1450.00 to AAMCO (transmission co) on

August 22, 2001...On March 22, 2002. I received letter from Attorney for AAMCO.. Statiing that Warranty USA did not follow through and I was responsible. On march 23, 2002, I spoke wih a Mr Eduard , from the administration of Warranty USA.

He informed me that the company was in process or reorganizing and notification to all concerned would be informed Pending Action and Process within the next 14 days.. I never heard from them. I ending up having to pay the 1450.00 out of my pocket or be taken to court..
