VERIZON WIRELESS VERIZON SOLD ME AN OLD PHONE AND DON'T VALIDATE THE WARRANTY USA Nationwide

To begin with this history about cell phone carriers let me tell you that I have T Mobile and only had problems, so I went to the store called “Diamond Wireless located at 861 Route 13 Ste 1 in Cortland New York and I told them about my problems with T Mobile but got worse because the sold me an old phone in they don't want to do anything because they said is not a corporate store, how in the hell I know that, and also because is prepaid, so be careful with called prepaid, after they got your money they won't care, I went to two stores and then to a corporate one and they didn't want to do anything for me, so today I call them and after I told the story to four people they told me that they will call me and never did it, so I call them again and same, so I ask for the manager and same they said that is nothing that they can do, so am stock with an old piece of crap phone and loss my money, stay away from Verizon they sucks big time
