Verizon told me if I upgraded my phone I would receive $700.00 for my old phone. Instead, Verizon is giving me the run around about the deal. They did not process the upgrade properly and now they wont honor their rebate. Their online chat reps refuse to fix the issue that THEY created. The first rep kept trying to sell me a new phone.

Her supervisor kept telling me just to cancel my service and go somewhere else. Because Verizon does NOT need customers. I just wated over 2 grand upgrading my phone and adding an apple watch to my account. I never would have upgraded had I known that Verizon was going to rip me off and scam me.

AT&T is offering $1,000.00 to switch over to them. Verizon has ripped me off for years. Time to make the smart financial decision and switch to another provider!
