Received an official looking warranty postcard, 1 year later had transmission problem.(already paid for the warranty on my credit card in full) I took my vehicle to a repair shop 01/27/02, provided Warranty USA all receipts, they approved the claim.

when I went to pick up my vehicle the shop told me I had to pay and be reimbursed. Warrranty USA guaranteed I would receive a check in 4 to 6 weeks. Today is 08/05/02, they have told me every month they are coming out of chapter 11 and I am on the top of the list for reimbursement. (Their Phone is disconnected!!!) all Texans call John Cornyns office and raise hell until we get a straight answer why nothing can be done!!!
