I have been trying to get my money back for over a year, because I cancelled my Plan (within 30 days). I received a letter stating I should be getting my money in the next statement. It has been over a year and no luck. Everytime I have called, I have gotten some kind of excuse and that the matter would be resolved shortly.

It has been truly frustrating trying to get back $400.00. I am glad I cancelled before any more money was taken out of my credit card.
