Warren House Properties Mold and Heat making me sick Phoenix Arizona

 In the middle of July my husband and I told the apartment manager that the rain had caused another leak inside our closet.  Nothing was done about it which resulted in mold showing up around the area of the leak.  Every week I tell the apartment manager about the mold and nothing has been done about it and as a result my breathing has because poor.  I can barely breath, and I cough constantly as well.  Another thing that is a problem, the owners of the apartment turn the chillers off for the winter knowing that Phoenix has temptures up to 95 during the day even in winter but they insist on going by California weather when determing when to turn off the chillers.  Because of the extreme heat in my apartment, my breathing has become even worse and has made it impossible for me to walk about without breaking into a sweat just walking to the bathroom.  I have a ceiling fan, two dresser fans and the windows open but I still do not get any relief from the heat.  Outside right now it is 80 degrees but inside my apartment, it is around 95 degrees.  My two cats are also feeling the effects as they sit around panting, trying their best to stay cool.  It tears me up inside that I can not do anything to keep them cool because the owners would rather save a few bucks than to make sure their tenants and tenants' pets are comfortable.  My husband and I are moving to a new apartment in December where we willing paying $455 in rent and have a/c year around plus no mold, but at Warren House, we are paying over five hundred.  We do not see the point in staying a place where we have no a/c and we have mold and have to pay over five hundred in rent when we can move somewhere cheaper, have no mold and a/c.  Please help us because we can not afford to move until December but my health is declining each day because of the mold and heat.
