Wasatch Properties Painted Trails Fraud and Liars Gilbert, Arizona

Painted trails has to be one of worst places I have lived at. I lived there for a year; dealt with a flood, my truck getting broken into/hit in the parking lot, and being horribly disrespected by the office staff. The cops were there almost everyday the pool was very loud and there were always fights at the pool. The hut tub was a place for couples to get off. It always looked dirty and the pool always had dirt and algae around the edges and the bottom of the pool. When it comes to breaking your lease, its out of question, they lie to you and tell you its concessions plus one months rent. That is not the case, they will come back with an amount somewhere in the high $3,000's and claim that you owe two months plus concessions and marketing fees. When you tell them that you are just going to leave and pay what they told you in the beginning, you will get a nice letter, printed up on that 100% recycled piece of paper from their low life, cold heart attorney who thrives on kicking families of 5 out on the streets. In the lease, there are contradicting paragraphs that throw you off because it tells you to refer to one paragraph then go back to the same paragraph so its not clear. I moved out and cleaned my entire apartment to where it was spotless. The carpet was destroyed because when their was a flood the week of Thanksgiving, the fire fighters came through and poked drain holes in my walls "which were never repaired" their boots filled with black stuff on them tracked all through my apartment. They refused to repair any damages that would require me to move my stuff into another unit because they knew I could legally leave because it made my apartment untenable. There was a huge crack going through my ceiling and they told me that it was a foundation issue which they also refused to fix. Oh and let me point out as well my walls were caved in and had cracks in them because of the flooding and the paint was discolored. The walls were paper thing you can hear your neighbors and the people upstairs every step. There is a patch of grass that I had to walk by every day that was like a mini swamp bugs were always attracted to it and it was always muddy. There was dog poo everywhere. They never replaced my carpet which they should have but when I moved out and they charged me for the entire carpet and other BS fees. The office staff is really nice at recruiting new tenants but you will see their dark side when you have an issue that they don't agree with. My 500$ deposit was completely used for unnecessary repairs that should have been on their bill. When I moved out the maintenance manager did the final walk-through and said that the place looked amazing. He told me that they won't charge me for anything. LIES!!!!!! It looked way better then when I moved in. I HIGHLY suggest that if you are not a current tenant DO NOT MOVE HERE...!!! It may look nice BUT you will shortly see all of the problems. The office staff is all about good ratings "so they can keep their jobs" so they lie and post their OWN reviews on here. I ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME IF NOT EARLY AND I HAVE PERFECT CREDIT!!!!! So when the office staff comments on here and says that I was a tenant who didn't pay rent you LIE!!!!!
