Marc Maier and Nate Harris are dishonest frauds!!!!
Marc Maier was the owner of a Wasatch Courtesy Patrol in 2006, until he screwed a really honest guy and this guy's clients out of a partnership deal in 2006. Knowing he would be sued for fraud, and other civil and criminal actions, by the gentleman Maier had a partnership with he used tools of fraud to take over bank account while his "partner at the time" was out of town.
Marc Maier sold the Company to Nate Harris who was his side kick, while still employees were not getting paid and security accounts not being covered effectively I was employed by Marc Maier during this event, MArc Maier bought new a new car for himself, and sold the company to Nate Harris Oct. 2006 and then Maier ran to Texas, to live. Maier's ex wife Carlie, realized his dishonesty and since divorced him in Texas shortly after their move.
Nate Harris is the current owner and he works with apartment communities.
Do we want theives securing apartments, I say no. Harris and Maier need to be sewed. I was not paid $2,700.00 owed to me.

Cory Green will you stop using the internet and making false claims about nate and Wasatch! Your the liar and thief you never paid any of your employees that's why you got shut down from the State DOPL for unethical practices and NOT PAYING your employees! Your up-set because Nate knows what you are and will not let you merge with him you loser! Honesty something you don't have and never will no one that has worked for Nate had nothing but postive things to say about him and the company like you, you thief! If he never paid his employees then why is he still in business like you (CPS) Community Protective Services?

You need t6o file for theft of services with your local district attorney within two years after the business shut down and then you need to report this to FEDERAL WAGES AND HOURS COMMISSION.
You might even want to consider filing a suit against this guy in Small Claims Court and see what it takes to sue him in federal court.
If he hasn't filed bankruptcy, you might be able to get a judgment against him where he has to pay you first no matter what he makes until his debt to you is paid.

I have a lot of relatives and friends in Texas but nothing can be done to this guy unless somebody FILE CHARGES ON HIM!
He has a lot of potential charges that you can file. BEtter get on it before the Statute of Limitations runs out.
