 Since using this washing laundry system in the past eight months I have to say it is the worst experience ever. Every time and I mean every time I attempt to do my laundry in my apartment complex with this laundry machine service I either lose my money, have wet completely drenched clothes coming out of the washer, or semi-wet damp clothes coming out of the dryer. I have had to drive 2 miles away to my nearest laundromat service to properly clean and dry my clothes. This has cost me approximately $200. I have contacted their corporate offices they say they will reimburse me yet they never properly reimburse me there's always five or $10 missing from the card which they intentionally deduct when I call back to speak with them they tell me that a supervisor or manager will contact me within 24 hours to which I hear nothing from ever again. When using their vending machines to insert cash to reload the laundry smartcard I have lost my money multiple times and the tricky part is it's not in denominations of one dollar bills it's always five dollars and above so that's an additional maybe 30 $40 right there. I have brought this to my apartment managements attention and they keep saying they're going to change laundromat services yet nothings changed. I have taken my business elsewhere which is quite an inconvenience considering I have to take the bus with loads of laundry to get my laundry done that is an additional three dollars round-trip every time. I want my money back in full amount or else I will be suing and I mean for every penny for the financial loss emotional distress physical distress I have had to deal with in the past eight months.
