Washington Park Manchester New Hampshire CPM Properties Slum Lords, The Refuse to Fix Anything Manchester, New Hampshire

Washington Park, lied to us to get lease signed, continues to refuses to fix anything. We moved to Washington Park 3 Years ago, saw the model apartments and was told our apartment would look the exact same. We were in a tough spot and could not wait, signed the lease and low and behold the apartment smelled wicked bad, doors were broken, blood stained carpets, cat scratches on the wallpaper, and the dishwasher did not work. We called and it took them 3 times to come clean the apartment.

They say the building is secure, the doors are left wide open, the locks on the front of the building don't work They say each apartment can have 2 parking spots. Not when the private parking are is never patrolled allowing anyone without a sticker to park and take all the spaces forcing the people who pay rent to park on the street at least a football field away. We have made several attempts to have them come fix out heat, they refuse keep telling me, "well do that once it gets colder, we have time"

They leave embarrassing letters on our door for the public to see that states we owe them money, when we confront them they say the had made a mistake. It's been three years and our dishwasher still does not work, and yes three years because we are saving for a house. Our stove, and refrigerator (that freezes milk) were supposed to be replaced our first year, nothing ever happened.

There is mold in the common areas of the building, they spray paint ceiling tiles to white almost monthly. They tried to have a contractor come in and put a second air conditioner in so they could raise the rent. We declined and now get NO service at all. Desk people yell at me and my wife making it so we don't want to call

 They only plow the parking areas after it stops snowing, it's their policy, yup even if its a 3 day storm. We had to help our neighbor get squires out of her home because they are inside the wall, they covered it up (the hole in her wall) with ceiling tile. The Cold water comes out clear, the hot water comes out brown, Washington Park tells us to call the city water company. Anyone with a brain knows its the water heater.

They avoid everything and make sure they spend no money. I've called a number of times about Rats in my wall, they have done nothing.
