Washington Tax Service Jay Freeborne Did nothing they promised, then asked for even MORE money... Washington

After consulting with Mr. Freeborne via telephone, I was advised that Washington Tax Services would be able to assist me with a tax bill I received when I did not roll a pension payout to another financial tool. I had lost my job and had to use the money to live on.

I was sent a ton of paperwork that included a ACH payment form for nearly $800 to get the work started. After pre-paying for services, I was informed by the IRS- not Mr. Freeborne - that a payment plan had been set up to pay the entire tax bill. This is something that any taxpayer can do on their own.

I made those payments until such time that I had no more money to make the payments. I consulted w/Mr. Freeborne once again. He advised that I default for 3 months and he would then file a request for a settlement, even asking me to remind him around Dec 10th.

I sent an email reminder to Mr Freeborne on the date suggested and received his reply, including a bill for a $375 "continuation fee" to proceed with my case.

Washington Tax Service set up a pay plan for my taxes. That is all. Any tax payer can call the IRS and set up payments. Now he wants more money. That would be $1,175 total payments to get no results or relief, once again.

They did nothing to earn my initial payment, I expect the same would be true with a subsequent payment.  

Please don't become another chump of Jay Freeborne. The worst waste of money in my entire life.
