March 1 2005, contacted Waste Management regarding using them for our rubbish route services. We decided to go with their services unless we found a more reasonable price. We ended up using Republic Waste Services so we contacted W.M. to let them know we would not need their services.
When we contacted them, our pickup was not suppose to start until 1 week later (from 3/1/05). They did not have a chance to make their first trip to our area before we cancelled their services.
For the last 3-4 months we have been recieving invoices and getting charged for services that have not been received. Waste Management is deseprate for money and bad business!!! Make sure that you call this company very last, otherwise expect a bill!
I continue to contact the office and let them know of the situation but they just ignore it, and keep sending bills!
