I was just informed that after 60 days they charge a $40 resume service fee. I was also informed that when I call in my payment with my visa or mc, it takes 4-5 days to post so I do not have 60 days to get my payment to them before being charged a $40 fee to resume service. I work in customer service, and when I take a payment by visa or mc, it posts right away unless the financial institution declines it. They also charge a $5.00 convenience fee to take my payment via Mastercard or Visa, and that payment is posted immediately. 

Waste Management is deceptive when they say there is a $40 resume service fee after 60 days because I actually need to make my payment 6 days prior to that to be sure it posts on time.  I am not sending a check, nor am I using ACH, I am using my financial institution's debit card and the funds are deducted right away.  I work in customer service, and very simply put, a card will decline immediately if there are no funds.  Waste Management is saying that the transaction in enroute for 5 or six days before my card is debited.  These are flat out lies.  In this age of debit and credit card transactions, everything moves quickly.  Waste Management does not value their customers when they treat us like this. This is an outrage.

Does the bill come every 2 months??? Or they allow you to pay within the first 60-day after a bill is sent to you???
