Waste managment Capital Sanitation Protect employees that committ burglary while on shift. Carson City Nevada

I was at a clients house and watched as the garbage man burglarized my vehicle. He stole my purse containing $600 (tax return money) my new iphone ($500) two phone chargers and an overnight bag from my back seat containing things belonging to my parents that just passed away. I called the police and waste managment. I was on the phone with them (wm) for an hour while my husband tracked my cell phone. He tracked my phone from washoe valley to sparks nv and then to Carson city. Right to the waste managment yard.

Not one person attempted to stop this thief and retrieve my belongings, instead they allowed him to try to dispose of the evidence by dumping in sparks nv. Fortunately my things remained in the compactor where my husband found some of them. Of course my money and identification including bank cards were not there. Nor was he able to locate the bag of my parents trinkets. Waste management could have stopped him at any point but did nothing instead. They wouldn't even check the truck for my stuff themselves!

The police put out a warrant for the drivers arrest. Yet he continued to work for them daily! Still does!! As far as I am concerned they are responsible for his actions while he is wearing their uniform and driving their truck. To this day I am still out my cell phone money and more importantly my dead parents things. But more importantly I am out the ability to feel safe and unviolated. Not even an apology from this company!! Im am beyond outraged. And there isn't anything I can do.
