watch-replica.net watch repica They are genuine - just not good, Internet

I ordered from watch-replica.net.  The website looks really impressive.  But after 3 weeks having paid up front by debit card (really I should have used a credit card to be protected), I got worried. I saw reports here and thought I had been scammed only to see the product come thru the mail a couple days later.
No - it was not the product I ordered - tho it was similar. 
Yes - it does seem ok quality
Will I try and get them to ship the right one - I think I'd be wasting my time.
They had a number of customer service contacts
1. an online chat assistant - NEVER online
2. email 1 - gave a not known email bounceback
3. email 2 - no bounceback, but no response either

So their customer service is just terrible, their products not what you order.  So they are genuine and not a complete scam - just a terrible company and cannot be recommended.

It would be so easy for them to get it right - they just need to try harder!
