I sent my watch to be cleaned. They sent it back broken. I sent it back for them to repair their mistake. I decided to sell the watch as the repairs were too costly. The watch was sold on 5/4/12. I have not received payment yet (today is 7/11/12). After reading all the other complaints, it's obvious that Watchbrokers is a total rip off corporation! I have tried to contact them through email to no avail. When calling all you get is voice mail. No one returns your calls. I was told it takes 25-45 days to generate payment. I have been waiting over 2 months. Do not to business with this company!
