In August of 2011 I decided I would try to sell my Tag Heuer Aqua Racer watch.  I explored options and while reviewing internet sites found what looked to be the right place, "watchbrokers.com"

I followed instructions from Trisha Cox in sending the watch and signed an agreement that included a clause stating it could take up to 60 days to be paid.  I questioned her about this and she got some manager on the phone who said that was their standard language but that typically people were paid within 30 days.  Everything had sounded great up then and we had had constant communication.

I signed the agreement online sent the watch and it sold on the 29th of Sepember 2011.   I expected to be paid within a week or two.  After two weeks I tried to call but could get knowone to talk with me.  I finally got Trisha and complained and she said payment was not her responsibility and gave me to Eric Toso.   He has stalled now for two months and I have concluded I will not get paid.  After threatening to go to the law a Ms Bennet contacted me via email saying I would get paid before March 29, 2012.  I had signed an agreement for 6 months to pay.  I have complained to Better Business and now this report.  I recently found numerous complaints online about this company and they all say basically the same thing.  They will not pay you for a long, long time and for me I don't know if I will ever get paid.  Why does it take so long to pay everyone?  They are obviously using the money from your watch to run someother business on your dollar.

I think they stay just inside the law but are extremly unethical.  I have not been paid and it is two months since my sale.  I do not think I signed a 6 month clause I had a problem with 60 days.  My advice based on my experience and that of many others is to stay away from these guys.  I feel for any foreign persons who fall into this problem.  Why would it take so long?
