Watchlotus (http://stores.ebay.com/watchlotus) is a fake.  All their watches are broken, phony and lie.  The watch pictues are lies.  They are rip off.  Don't waste your money. 
 
Here is my story:  I purchased a Seiko watch from them.  It took them about one month to ship me the watch.  When I received it, it didn't look like any thing in the pictures.  After contacting them, I got the run around for another month.  They told me that they are willing to send me another watch but they never did.  By now two months had gone by, when I went to leave them my feedback, the feedback option was gone. 
 
After contacting eBay I was told that I had two months to report them, but its too late for me.  These guys (Watchlotus) know how to work the system.  Stay away from them.
