Water Liberty Adya Clarity, Pure Body Media, LLC, Kacper Postawski Companies fraud Las Vegas Nevada

These are the adds you see for water purity featuring a glass of muddy water.  We evaluated it for a class project and it was the worst of the worst of the worst in terms of scams.  Makes all kinds of outrageous claims, many violations of law.  He literally has the most 19th century testimonials you've ever seen.  "I drank his water for 2 weeks and all my aches and pains went away permanently!"  Here is what we were able to learn.  

1). He is a fraudster. There are no "Kacper Postawski Companies" registered with any entity. It's made up. The company is Pure Body Media, LLC. The other companies referred to are Powerful Life Inc. (his own server farm because commercial ISPs keep dropping him for illegal activity), and Strategic Media Marketing (showing others how to con over the web...and offering them rack space!). He uses "Kacper Postawski Companies" as an assumed business name, which name is not registered. That, on the face of it, is a crime. Clue: When someone can't even give their name without committing a crime, they're criminal minded!
2). The claims are false. He doesn't even get the agencies right. He talks about the EPA like it was the FDA. Loves making up stuff. Even has a logo for the EPA/FDA morph. No one has approved his crap for human consumption and it is full of the very heavy metals he claims to rid you from. 3). He uses third party fulfillment and even hides the ownership of his web address. There is only one reason people do this. They are getting lots of refund requests/irrate customers and it allows them to stay out of the loop. And collect the money. Thousands of complaints about all manner of tricks involving payment.
4). He likes the "big lie". So, charge $75 a bottle! Must be worth something at that price...NOT!
5). He makes his money by virtue of the fact that no one can get to him. He lives in BC and pays a kid named h*o h*o (goes by Timmy) to file papers and make it look like it's in Las Vegas. Timmy's day job is at Zappos. Sorry, Kacper, but information is power and I'm giving some to your victims! And the "C" in Russian is translated as an "s" in English, Kasper. lol "I've developed "healing water"...but can't quite get basic Russian/English transliteration correct."
