If you suffer from any type of allergies please be cautious . This rental was listed  as an allergy free room, which it was far from. There was dog hairs and dust everywhere. The temperature of the room is control by the owner of the adjacent house . Although there is a small provided fan the room can become extremely hot. The owner left for vacation and set the unit to a higher temperature . I became very ill as I suffer with allergies after I told the owner of my discomfort and provided pictures of the dog hairs and build up of dust the owner informed me that I could not have became sick from the rental because she had previously  "bless the room ". Be leery  of accepting any complimentary services as the owner will use that to compensate for your concerns. After I posted a review the owner tried to slaunder me by saying I appeared to be heavuly medicated which was far from the truth as does not take away from the pictures and exchange of text messages ... Please be very cautious as the place does appear to be a very nice place.
