Waterhouse Financial Services (United Healthcare Benefits of Texas) RE: Prize Winning Notification-winners of the International Shoppers Lotto Powerball San Antonio Texas

 I received a letter and check from Waterhouse Financial Services (Not the real one) that I had won $125,000.00 dollars in the International Shoppers Lotto Powerball.  They sent a check for $3875.00 for me to cash so to have the money to sent to them, only $1,875.00 to cover the Government taxes and I could keep the rest and then I will get a check for the balance of $121,125.00.  Taxes on winning $125,000.00 would be more than $1,875.00 it would be more like $37,500.00 or higher.  They trick you into sending your own money, the $1,875.00 because the check for $3,875.00 will only come back as no good.  Although the account number is good if you check with JPMorgan Chase Bank it doesn't match the name on the account and in a short time the check will come back and take the $3,875.00 out of your account that you put it in.
