Waterloo Constructio-Lockhart. Tx. (Contractor Javier Fentes) Signed a contract to perform a kitchen remolding and collected over 2/3 of the funding while completing less than 25% of the job. When questioned about a couple change orders the contrator abruptly quit and walked off the project leaving the homeowners house in utter disarray and walking away with money he did not earn. Research shows this is not  the first time this has has baoccured where this individaul defrauded homeowners. This person has duel citizenship and tends to disappear and fall off the map once he has enough money to walk off the job and just leave the homeowners' stranded. I warn anyone out there..do not..I repeat..do not hire this person.
