Watkins Manufacturing Hot Springs Spas hot tub spa rip offs San Diego california

Bought an expensive Hot Springs Grandee Spa from Watkins Manufacturing ,the unit has been a problem since day one.
we have never had reasonable use of the SPA and our kids go elsewhere for spa parties.

The latest incident has us waiting 7 months for a new circuit board that is covered under warranty but apparently there is a huge waiting list.
Their customer sevice is non existent and they do not follow up on problems with their product

DO NOT BUY HOT SPRINGS SPA's be warned
another American company going the way of the US auto industryt because of poor service & screw the consumer attitudes.

do your research check epinions etc for reviews
they are very revealing, their product is nothing but expensive junk
