 Watson Rentals will lie cheat and steal to take your deposit money. I lived in a rental for over 3 year with never a missed payment. The deception started the day I moved in. When I viewed the home there was a stainless fridge the day I moved in the garage fridge complete with old Cadbury eggs in the ice maker. The carpet was horrible and I was told after a year that we could get it replaced. All well and good accept they wanted me to pay for the furniture to be moved. So we dealt with the horrible dog stinking carpet and house. The stove also original equipment is trash and the rental agent agreed but now it's one ofvthe reasons for taking a $1600 deposit. The original A/C unit 20+ years old was sucking an extra $100 a month from my pocket yet they did nothing. We moved out almost 3 weeks before the end of the month so they could get the carpet replaced and paint. Now 3 days before rent is due again they have done nothing at all. No carpet no paint not even a for rent sign. Oh and the cielings needing paint after 20 years is my fault also.
