At one time, before Melanie and Marisol took over and stated they need to make sales and will do what they have to do even if it is lie about condition of vehicles. Before Melanie there was some deseption on things like changing the tires and battery out with a dead battery after you pay. Before descriptions were given and working condition was checked out by the mechanic there before listing the cars. Things have changed accourding to Melanie and it is not their responsibility to keep customers happy.

Bought a car that I checked out before buying and fluids were full (coolant and oil) after I paid waited for porter to bring car out and it took awhile. I bought the car even though A/C did not work and other things. The problem is battery was changed again and I failed to check it out as I had in the past. A coolant line was cut and fluid was drained out less than a mile away. Car started to overheat, I pulled over and realized no oil and return line cut.
