Wavevision Arizona Transcend Broadband, Refuses to return calls for service, below sub-standard service, borderline criminal organization. Tempe Arizona

I have been with Transcend Broadband, now known as Wavevision Arizona for several years. At first they provided the service I was paying for, 4M down and 1M up speed. Given the type of service, I expected there to be a bottleneck with bandwidth during prime time hours. This gave me my paid for speed at least 75% of the time. This was not a problem for me.

However, in the last year and a half their quality of service dropped dramatically. Service outages have become a daily event and last between a few minutes, to several hours. Attempting to do anything during prime-time hours (or a majority of the day for that matter) is a joke; and a 56K baud modem would be faster than what they now provide. All the while, their fees have increased. In all fairness, I do get full speeds between about 2:00AM and 7:00 AM. The most convienient time period for all subscribers.

I have left countless voice mails concerning the constant outages, none of which have ever been returned. Since this problem started, I have only been able to speak with one customer service representative and the only answer I got was full of uncertainty. In short, they have no clue what is wrong, and if they do they are not fixing it. Even when I call during the day for any type of service, to include billing, I have to leave a message and hope I recognize the phone number when my call is returned. To date, the only person that has ever returned my call for for billing. Again, having service return a call is not going to happen.

In my opinion this is borderline criminal and has turned into a scam to collect money without providing any type of service. Since I have complained to the BBB twice concerning the total lack of service, it almost appears as though things have gotten worse. If that was even possible.
