I purchased an Olympus digital camera from them at a really good price. When they sent me email confirmation, I was told to call them to confirm my order. A very pushy salesman told me that if I did not order an accessory along with the camera, the camera would not be shipped out for 20 days.

I agreed to buy a memory card for the camera. After shopping around I found out that I could get the exact same memory card locally for half the price they were charging me. I called them back to cancel the order and was told that I would be charged a 20% fee for cancelling. The website does not state this.

I was then told that the order had already shipped and that I had been charged an additional $15.00 for insurance which had not been mentioned to me previously, not does their website give this information.

This is a one-man rip-off operation. The same person answers the phone every time, regardless of when you call or which extension you choose. He uses different names every time he answers the phone to make you think he is not the same person, but the voice is the same.

I had to report my credit card as lost/stolen as I was concerned about this con man having my credit card #. I don't know if I will receive the camera or not, but I have filed a complant with the Better Business Bureau.

The website that recommended wawadigital had very good customer reviews for them. I should have done more research. This is the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had.
