Wawanesa commits fraud to get away with not paying out on claims.  After being in a serious highway accident at a location where many people have been killed, Wawanesa hires a lawyer who lies to judges and they hire orthopedic surgeons as their experts when the individual has no broken bones so their expert can say there is nothing wrong.

When there is no defence to the facts and evidence of the extensive damage and injuries, the lawyer lies to the judge and defames the person so they can win based on lack of credibility, rather than facts and evidence.

That same law firm fired the individual because of missing work after the accident.  Even though there was a conflict of interest, the law firm, which conducts themselves in the same deceitful manner and deals in bad faith like their client, refuses to remove themselves from the file, despite the obvious conflict of interest.

This individual who was to attend law school ends up without a career and living in pain.  Her child, who was two years old at the time of the accident and lost his father following the accident and basically lost his mother as well.  The child and his life has also been seriously affected and destroyed, along with the mother.  Wawanesa through its counsel claims the victim owes money rather than Wawanesa paying out on the claim.  The other driver was charged.  There was no question of liability.    Insurance is in place so people are compensated for damage and injury.  Wawanesa hires deceitful lawyers to defame the person and commits fraud, breeches their contractual terms and refused to payout on a claim or pay a  fair amount on the claim.

People need to be aware of Wawanesa's business conduct and not insure with them.  Our government needs to step in  and deal with these insurance companies who make millions or billions each year because of refusing to pay out or pay a fair amount on claims and destroy people.  When they do payout, their insurers premiums go up so they can continue to make their millions and billions of dollars at the insureds expense.
