Megan Brennan is a Jude who says one thing during one case hearing but then turns around when justice is supposed to be served and does another. She grantned a Personal protection order on one day but then denied it the other day on basis of nothing under the law. first she said I am threatned and then 12 days later she says its not enough grounds for a personal protection order. Then on top of all that I have not seen my child in 30 days. The judge did nothing, there is a custody order in place that specifies the parenting time. However, Megan didnt even address my parenting time, nor makeup parenting time. Then, since I had made so many complaint against the childs mother a random FOC attorney lady asked the judge how I was able to get fees waived for motions to enforce my parenting time. If anyone has filed that type of motion to enforce parenting time we all know there is no fee to be waived. I only had 3 fee waivers but what does that have to do with what I was asking Megan for? NOTHING!! Megan made an order that I pay 250.00 bond when I want to file a motion. Its not like the referee found me to be lying. Like I said makeup parenting time was awarded to me each time so I must have been right somewhere. Megan and the FOC woman says that I am not telling the truth. This is bullcrap and they need to be investigated. AND not only that I felt verbally attacked by the judge and the foc woman. AND I had documents to prove what I had to say was true. My childs mother didnt have any true real facts. Megan threw out everything I wanted. I think Megan should be investigated because of this. I am a good father and I would like the law to be the law. Not because a judge is having a bad day, I get the crap load of the stick.I do plan on taking action. If anybody is reading this please email me and I will be contacting higher officials regarding this matter. i.e Chief of judges..
