THE FOC HAS BEEN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CHECK SEENS FEB 22 2005 WHEN MY DEVORICE WAS FINAL AND THE JUDGE BILL CALLAHAN ORDERED ME TO PAY NO! CHILD SUPPORT BUT THAY KEEP TAKING FROM ME THAY HAVE STOLEN OVER 2,OOO DOLLARS SEENS THEN. EVERY TIME I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM I GET THE RUN AROUND.
I HAVE ALL MY PAPER WORK TO PROVE MY CASE. I AM NOT A DEAD BEAT DAD I TAKE HAVE GOOD CARE OF MY SON AND THE LAZY CITY WARKERS AND LEADERS NEED TO STEP IT UP AND GIVE ME BACK MY CASH AND ALSO REFUND EVERY ONE ELSES CASH THAY HAVE STOLEN.AND THAY NEED TO DO IT JUST AS FAST AS THAY TAKE IT. ALSO I WILL KEEP FIGHTING THIS UNTEL I GET MY MONYE BACK. THANK YOU

IF you have a court order stating that you pay no support, what did it say to do with the arrearages. Sometimes a court order will say to stop support, but doesn't say what to do with any outstanding arrearages. When this happens, enforcement continues on the outstaning arrearages.
