Maybe a report will get your attention! I have written several rebuttals to the complaints against our company, and of course they don't show up. This company tries to destroy hard working honest individuals! We have no recourse but to try to fix this ourselves. I have complained to this company, with only a we will get back to you, case # 3860. All the things stated in both complaints were false. In Gary Whitbeck's complaint he failed to mention he was the only client in camp, that the week before we took 8 elk for 8 clients and packed them all out the same days they were taken, so since it was the same guides, same state, same everything, I kind of doubt we wanted to go home early.In the other complaint by Jason Chancey, and yes I know who you are, he doesn't even know what state he hunted in. We took him on an Idaho hunt, we don't hunt in Colorado. His guide was James Harvey, and I spoke with James and he has no rercollection of the incident in question, he doesn't smoke, and said you seemed to haave trouble with the terrain, but he says he did his best to make you happy and thought you were, since that is what you told him when you tipped him...lying then or lying now? Your Dad Jack was guided by Chuck Hall and he also doesn't smoke. The guides were not the ones making noise in the lodge, it was other clients and I do know which ones. They were the repeats you were talking about, and the repeats have returned. Actually that week there were 5 returning clients. There were 9 people in camp and 4 of them took bulls. That is almost 50%. Not everyone gets to kill a bull. We do our best to take you hunting. If you saw that buck and didn't shoot it, it is your own fault. If the buck stayed long enough for you to do jumping jacks, throw sticks etc, you had time to shoot and did not need the guide's permission. What I would say to both of you is this: If you had a complaint you did not state it while you were here, and you could have. You left saying you had a great time, then you back bit us on the web. We don't think much of you at this point.
