Wayne Lovence - Lovence Realty Stolen Earnest Money!!! Stone Mountain Georgia

I am writing this to warn people against doing business with Lovence Realty and Wayne Lovence. He stole our earnest money of $1000.00. Wayne Lovence of Lovence Realty was the listing agent of a property we put a contract on. This contract was canceled on 4/30 which was well within the contingency period. We have been calling and emailing him since then regarding the return of our $1000.00. He ignores our calls most of the time, and when he does answer, he says the check is in the mail ( which it never was) He has lied to us time and time again and as of 6/03 we still have not gotten back our money. Do not do business with Wayne Lovence or Lovence Realty. He will lie to you and steal your earnest money!!! We are filing complaints with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, Georgia Attorney State General, Consumer Affairs, Georgia Banking and Finance Commission and any other authority to make sure Lovence Realty and Wayne Lovence knows he just can't steal from hard working people.
