On May 29, 2015 I tried to purchase a house in Memphis, TN, and needed a Lender.
I contacted Wayne Lovence of Rockstone Funding who provided me with a Proof-of-Funds letter and assured me that he would pay the seller in full if I sent him the deposit of $5,000. He appeared credible so I did send him the $5,000.
At closing time, Wayne Lovence kept stalling and stalling several weeks until the seller unilaterally canceled our contract, so I lost both the opportunity to profit from a fix-and-flip and renting this property out.
Wayne Lovence never made any attempt to pay the amount requested by the seller.
Since May 29, I have been asking him to refund my deposit as promised, but again he keeps stalling and stalling, claiming that he will get me my money 'as soon as possible' or that he is 'very close' to getting it or that he will have it 'Monday or Tuesday'(or any other day of the week).
To date, Dec. 20, 2015, he still has made no attempt whatsoever to send me the money due, and now he is asking if he can pay the amount due in instalments.
This guy is a fraudster. Do NOT do business with Rockstone Funding LLC, Medical Funding LLC, both companies of Wayne Lovence.
Because I do not live in Atlanta, Ga. I now am forced to hire an Atlanta, Ga. lawyer to help me get my money back.
