Hello approximately 5 months ago my mother and I leased a Mazda CX5 2016 from Wayne Mazda NJ . I went through my paperwork and did not have the correct contract. I went to the car dealer to receive a quote on a 2014 pathfinder. We owe approximately 10,700 on the vehicle. I decided to traded in to acquire a fuel efficient car. I went to a Mazda dealer near my home. The dealer quoted a trade off of approximately 13,000 for the pathfinder. I agreed to put the positive equity towards a cx-5 lease. I opted for the 2017 cx5. I left the dealer that day with the car. 

After I went home with the car which happened on Friday 4/28/17 I felt the payments were high for the vehicle (2017 madzda cx5 with monthly payments of 497). I spent the Saturday with the car and went to the dealer on Sunday but they were closed. I returned on Monday after work. I met with the manager of the dealer and he stated that his policy to return a car is 24 hours which his salesperson never stated this to us. I explained they were closed on Sunday and his sales rep never mentioned the policy. I stated that the numbers don't add up financially. He threatened me and stated that basically I could not give the car back and needed to decide if not I will have 2 cars to my name.  I then told them I will go with the older model (2016 cx5) if the payments were cheaper. They drafted a contract stating 437 a month. My mother signed and we left without a copy as the finance manager and general manager stated that it had to be done the following day. After reviewing the contract the inflation in prices for the vehicles is obvious. I have 3 separate contracts and all have different inflation in prices. How can a 2017 model be only $200 less than a 2016?
