Saludos, hice una compra por Internet y no entiendo cmo se apoderaron de mi nmero de tarjeta pero esta compaa WC VACATION PASSPORT comenz a debitar a mi cuenta $16.95 todos los meses. Mi Banco est investigando pues por supuesto que la disput, pero a la misma vez hice decenas de intento para detener los cargos atravs de esa gente hasta que hoy luego de 5 largos meses me pude comunicar.

Si tienen la suerte de que les contesten pues a m siempre me contestaba ocupado, piden que le localizen con su apellido y zipcode la cuenta y que la CANCELEN!!! Y pidan un formulario para reclamar los cargos no autorizados. Adems su banco debe hacer lo propio.
