I was surprised to find a charge to my Credit Card ($16.95) for something I had never ordered or purchased. I went back to my last months statement and found the same amount billed to my CC which had gone unnoticed as I was away on vacation. I called the number that was on the statement and got very strange answer that i had ordered something thru email and the person gave me a email ID I had discontinued using since 3 years. I asked for a refund and the lady said that she was going to send me a form etc..
It is a certainly a midday robbery and someone must do something about it..
