WCP AKA Winners Choice Publishers AKA Winners Choice Reading Club WCP cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Norcross Georgia

I would be very interested to hear from any previous employees of either Winner's Choice Publishers or NATIONWIDE PUBLISHERS in Atlanta or the CBI Office that was run by the Conzo Brothers. Also the employees of WCP in Bakersfield CA, or any of the other offices in FLA or whereever else they may be.

All you employees were exploited and defrauded by the "Independent Contractor" Status Scam and all of you have an opportunity to straighten out your IRS situation that you might be in. You can also file a report on the company for not carrying Worker's Compensation on you during your employment, should you have suffered any work related injuries at the office.

The IRS has just reclassified all employees of the past 5 years as regular employees at the company's current location. Since the company tried to classify all of you as Independent Contractors but made you abide by "Employee" rules and mandatory work schedules, you must submit FORM SS-8 to the Internal Revenue Service.

It is a determination of employee status and will help you to get out of most, if not all of your IRS Tax obligations or you may be entitled to a huge refund on the taxes you've already paid as an Independent Contractor with your W-1099. The IRS will reclassify you also and you now have an opportunity to settle with the IRS

You must also file a claim for Overtime Pay violations with the Federal Wage and Hour Division at the US Dept. of labor. You can only go back two years so it is only of benefit if you just recently quit the company.

I can only highly recommend to you that you at least get your IRS determination and possibly be refunded a lot of money or have your Taxes paid by the Conzo's, as they have committed serious employee fraud with all the employees of the past 13 years and will most likely be facing the most serious IRS tax Audits.If the IRS proves criminal intnet they will be held liable for 100% of your tax liabilities.
