Wcspay.com Told that all my passwords and bank & credit card information was stolen Uk Internet

On 6/14/2009 my p/c screen was covered with multiple pop up messages
that my bank and credit card account numbers and their passwords were
under "high threat" for theft and the only protection to alleviate this
problem was to sign up for their lifetime personal protection for a one-time
charge of $59.99.
I noticed today on 6/18/2009 that my credit card was charged $79.99
plus a international exchange charge of $2.35. I can't even access this
program. I get an "invalid" flag when I try to open it up. I have no choice
but to close this credit card account since the "thieves" have all the
information now.
