Received a message on laptop computer saying my computer was badly infected by multiple viruses and trojans Downloaded, installed, and activated the offered Personal AV program for stated price of $79.99 for lifetime membership. After 2 days, when the payment was processed through the bank, (for $99.90, not the stated price) the program disappeared from the computer. Got charged $79 for
downloading and using Personal antivirus instead of $59 as it was stated on the ad
but after having a talk with support representative figured out that the additional
charge was for 24/7 premium customer support, however I don't remember ordering
that...anyway at least there are real people working there and the company
doesn't seem like fake...
